Pilot pricing / quote

A clear setup. Favourable pilot pricing.

The pilot is paid. Your quote reflects your operation, outlet count and the workflows being tested. Scope, pricing and terms are clear before you decide.

How it works

From enquiry to a focused test.

01

Tell us about your operation

Choose a pilot track and describe your current setup. An enquiry is not an order.

02

Walkthrough and quote

We review your workflows and propose a focused pilot. You receive the scope, price and terms before deciding.

03

Test and evaluate

Once agreed, you test the selected workflows. We review the results together before any next step.

Become a pilot partner

Tell us about your property, arena or restaurant.

Start with a few details about your operation. We will contact you to assess the fit and what a pilot quote should include.

There is no commitment when you enquire. The pilot is paid and starts only after agreement.

Good to know

Before you enquire.

Explore our integrations →
What does the pilot cost?

The pilot is paid, with favourable pilot pricing. Your quote is based on your operation, scope and integration needs. An enquiry does not commit you to a purchase.

Does our hotel need to use Mews already?

The hotel track is primarily for hotels using Mews. If you plan to introduce Mews, mention this in your enquiry so we can assess the fit together.

Does an arena need to use Tixly?

No. The arena and event track starts with your food and beverage sales. If you use Tixly, we review whether that integration should be part of the pilot.

What does early access mean for restaurants?

Restaurants, bars and cafés can join the list now. It is free and without commitment. We will contact you personally when we can onboard more venues, and we are happy to show you a demo before then.

Do we have to replace our entire POS immediately?

The pilot scope is agreed after the walkthrough. Together, we assess whether a focused part of your operation is a suitable starting point.

Are onboarding and support included?

Onboarding, training and support needs are reviewed and specified in the quote, including responsibilities and contact channels.

How long does the pilot last, and what comes next?

Duration, evaluation, exit and any continuation are set out in the pilot quote and terms. You review the proposed setup before starting.
